About the Role
On-Site Leadership:
-Manage daily construction activities and enforce safety protocols.
-Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and internal crews.
-Conduct pre-construction and progress meetings with stakeholders.
Project Execution:
-Develop and maintain site logistics plans.
-Monitor schedules, track progress, and update project managers regularly.
-Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards.
Documentation & Communication:
-Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and project documentation.
-Manage RFIs, change orders, and site directives promptly.
-Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and project teams.
Requirements
Over 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in the industrial construction sector.
Extensive knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents.
Proficient in project management tools, such as Procore.
Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Possesses a valid driver’s license with the ability to travel extensively.
OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
Capable of learning Procore Construction Management Software.
Responsible for performing daily construction reports.
Communicates effectively with customers in a professional manner.
Provide daily updates and maintains communication with the office and project management team.
Extensive travel to job sites.
Weekend work required based on project demands.
Overnight stays during project duration.
