About the Role
- Perform general labor duties including loading/unloading materials, site cleanup, and assisting skilled trades.
- Support the assembly and installation of steel structures and industrial components.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Assist equipment operators and supervisors with daily tasks.
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Report any hazards or equipment issues to supervisors promptly.
Requirements
Dedicated and hardworking industrial laborer
Valid driver's license and transportation to and from job sites.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods.
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Ability to follow instructions and work part of a team.
Willingness to work long hours, weekends and out of town projects.
