
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Estimating & Bidding:
Analyze blueprints, specifications, and proposals to prepare accurate cost estimates.
Calculate labor, material, and equipment costs; prepare bid packages and proposals.
Assess financial and operational risks and adjust estimates as needed.
Project Management:
Oversee projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Monitor progress, manage resources, and resolve issues promptly.
Reporting & Compliance:
Maintain cost databases and historical data for future estimates.
Prepare and present cost reports, forecasts, and project updates to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Requirements
Possession of a High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry
2 to 5 years of experience in project management and estimating
Experience with industrial general contractors is preferred
Strong customer relations skills
Effective communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and Planner
Familiarity with Procore Construction Management Software is preferred
Self-motivated
Self-disciplined
Possession of a valid driver's license
Maintains a clean driving record
Strong organizational skills
