About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

Estimating & Bidding:
Analyze blueprints, specifications, and proposals to prepare accurate cost estimates.
Calculate labor, material, and equipment costs; prepare bid packages and proposals.
Assess financial and operational risks and adjust estimates as needed.

Project Management:
Oversee projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Monitor progress, manage resources, and resolve issues promptly.

Reporting & Compliance:
Maintain cost databases and historical data for future estimates.
Prepare and present cost reports, forecasts, and project updates to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Requirements

  • Possession of a High School Diploma or equivalent qualification

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in project management and estimating

  • Experience with industrial general contractors is preferred

  • Strong customer relations skills

  • Effective communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and Planner

  • Familiarity with Procore Construction Management Software is preferred

  • Self-motivated

  • Self-disciplined

  • Possession of a valid driver's license

  • Maintains a clean driving record

  • Strong organizational skills
